ya, i've been busy

ya, i've been busy since the last postlar. busy with what? busy with my convocation, my family is here and now only start to get back to my own schedule. nice having them here tho short trip. too bad, my youngest brother, A can't join us in the family pic. J too. :(

anyway, have not been 'hardworking' to post in my blog. hmm...what have i been doing ah???? the whole deepavali weekend holiday...hmmmmm....okay okay, i've been lazying around, taking my sweet time at home alone coz housemates all tak ada.

ok ok, will start to post again. and ya, i'm *going*...really wanna go lar...must stress *going...is going...am going* to the Terry Fox Run this Sunday. :) Wish me luck. Hope i won't pengsan there..kekekeek....

a treat for two

...saw this delicious strawberry tart at Sun Moulin when i was choosing the cake ( did i choose ah?) and first thing comes into my mind is to share it with Sue and housemate, P. Such delicious looking tart, i'm sure it's a droolssssss.
pricey a bit for a price of tart but who cares....kekeekeek...i told Sue, i'm only coming ONCE a YEAR, so, i ordered THREE (of coz me includedlar) to be packed separately for Sue, P and myself... Kekeekek...
Decided to have it during the tea break 3.30pm but was too busy with works and my heavy breakfast really keep me full full until i totally forgot about my tart.
So now, it's still in the fridge. Sitting comfortably in the box. Later (Oppsss..it's midnite already) ....hmmmmm....later i'll still have a bit of it before i go to sleep. Glad both Sue and P like it. It really smell nice and sweet and very the strawberrish (i'm drooling now)....hahahahaha

Heavy Breakfast, no?

Bought one loaf of Sun Moulin (Butter Top Bread) for a try when I was browsing thru the bread shelves....i think i'm bread maniac! :)

I spreaded tuna, fried eggs, fresh salad vege and then few slices of tomatoes. Tadaaaahhh!!!
That's the look of my heavy breakfast for today!

i told u...i'm getting more and more and more "phat" if i'm getting myself heavy breakfast like this everyday. Agree, no?

Bento # 6

Very very fast bento for a Thursday...hehehe...
Since me and Sue went to KLCC last nite, decided to go and 'sapu' Isetan 50% sushi sale. Kekekekek.......we end up buying the same one coz I dun really like the rest. :)

So, finally Sue remember the name. It's California Maki!
But too bad I had a heavy breakfast today and I have something else for dinner so my bento is still in the bento box in the fridge. Anyway, I'm going to eat it tomorrow as brunch maybe. Kekekeke...

Sun Moulin Cake - Celebrating A Birthday

Last year, 8th Oct I happened to be around KLCC for a gathering and so I dropped by at this Sun Moulin with one of my friend, MG to buy this exact same birthday cake for HIM. This year, I purposely go back to the same shop with Sue because I really think it's yummy........ Well last year I paid more for this cake than this year, hmmmm....wonder why is it so when everything else is getting more expensive. Anyway, it's still a yummerss.......

Bento # 5

Heheh.....so this is the look of my bento! I never show before hor....this is how i pack my bento to work. :) The pinky bag bought from my sister all the way from Japan (100 Yen Shop)This is exactly the same fried rice as Sue. Heheeh..we share-share mah. Hehehe....its delicious and most comment said about the fried rice is it looks nice.......
So, with the so called 'luxury' i can wake up and prepare bento before i go to work coz my office is so near to my place, i boiled the crabstick, microwaved some chicken nuggets (courtesy of another housemate - P), microwaved ham and added pretty neatly the colour combination...ehehehe....some salad vege and tomato. PERFECT! Haha, i am beginning to think more and more things are added into my bento and i'm not really 'dieting'......

So far still enjoying bento-ing coz thinking about what to have for tomorrow and figuring out the arrangement...heheheh still looking forward to it.

Bento # 4

Haven't been posting leh...keep the post dunno for what. Hehehe...no time lah..........

Oh...this was a very simple bento. The porridge i cooked with slow pot overnite and i add sue's "unfinished" carrot and mushroom and my favourite golden mushroom. Plain porridge!!!! :)

And fried eggs and the two types of vege pickles. Yummmy tho it's just plain porridge. :)

Hehehheheh....simple simple nia nia la...nothing special but it's kinda delicious.

After a long walk.....maybe it's time to take a rest.

a gift i got for her. hope she really like it.

so, she decided to go, decided it has come to an end, decided that's the best for her. she said to me, "everything happens for a reason." somehow i think only she can understand what's that really mean. literally speaking, i know what it means but to understand the meaning of it explicitly, i think someone need to go through it only to make them understand this statement.

her last day was yesterday - 11th Nov 2008. just thinking about her leave, i start to sob already. i tot i can't face her and smiling back at her yesterday but advice from herself to me, "just be tough"....and i manage to get thru yesterday bravely and toughly with a warm hug to her and wish her all the best. "thank you" is all i can say to her and i know it can never be enough for what she have taught me all these years. the guidance, the teaching, the advice....she has taught me well....

Bento # 3:
Last nite, me and my housemates order in Nando's. I think i got too hungry, i can't finish all the chicken even though it's just quarter chicken and 2 side dishes. Normally i'll finish it all and feeling just nice. Maybe because it was order in, the flavour of it got blend somehow. So, i have leftovers for my Bento # 3. Yeahhhhhh!!!!!
It was quite hard to wake up today but still i woke up to make my bento. Hmm....forgot to use my planner hence i wasted about 5 minutes in the kitchen wondering what else to add into my bento....*wink wink*....
Then finally decided to have some "add-on" dishes upon what i already have. (OMG! How to loose weight ah??)
Egg (is a must) and then got this idea to fry my rice with garlic spread, just to make the rice smell (Garlic Spread expiring Sept-08 - courtesy of Sue again) Hahahah...so, i'm helping her to finish it off.

After fry my rice, let it cool off before packed into my container. At the same time, preparing tuna bread with eggs for DD breakfast. :)

Wow...my bento is getting more n more "packed" or should i say more "congested". I just stuff everything i wan to have into the poor small container n make it as tightly-packed as possible. Kekekeke...

And my blog is getting longer too. Yeah!

Noon, i heat my stuff and start to enjoy my lunch. It's nice (i mean the garlic rice, chicken, sausage, za chai...) Haha..actually all is nice. Looks dry but it's quite moist. :)

Really enjoying myself doing this every morning.

Looks a bit dry hor, but nevermind lah. Still have a lot of chance to have space of improvement.

It's actually not my 1st bento bcoz i've been packing breakfast (n later become my brunch) since... emmm....since.......dunno when ler....but i've never take picture of it and blog about it...until my commate-coursemate-unimate-housemate-xcolleauge (sue) intro me to this Bento-Ing World. It somehow got me hooked up n now, i'm taking picture of it n will start to blog about it liao.
